Q: How to create a pet's profile?
A: 1. Scan the QR Code on the product
2. Register an account or login with facebook or google account
3. Click Add Tag, enter the activation code
4. Edit tag information and save
5. Setup complete
Q: What is a Pet ID Tag QR Code?
A: A dog tag QR code redirects users to a display page containing all the information about the pet and the owner's contact details. Upon scanning the QR code, people can reach the display page to learn about the pet and contact the pet owner.
Q: Why we choose QR code tags?
A: Pets getting lost is a colossal problem in today's time. Data from the American Humane Association shows that one in three pets gets lost. Another report from ASPCA shows that five to seven million lost pets end up in shelters every year. Hence, pet owners need a concrete way to find lost pets.
Q: How does a pet id tag QR code work?
A: A QR code pet tag is a digital pet ID tag. Instead of a printed name and phone number, these tags have a QR code that links to the pet owners' contact details.
When someone scans the code, they get the pet owner's contact information. Hence, they can seamlessly contact the owner and inform them about the pet.

Q: How many pet profiles can I add to my account?
A: Now you can add up unlimited number of pet profiles in your account.
Q: Is a QR code dog tag collar better than a traditional dog tag?
A: Yes, a QR code pet tag is better than traditional dog name tags for two reasons.
Firstly, a Pet ID display page contains more information than a standard pet tag.
Secondly, you can edit the information on the Pet ID display page in real-time without reprinting the pet tag or QR code.
Q: Can I change the information of a QR code dog tag?
A: Dog tag QR code is dynamic, so you can change all the contents of the Pet ID display page without reprinting the QR code. So, if your phone number or address changes in the future, you can update it while using the same QR code.
Q: Compare to other tags
A: Traditional pet tags still serve as the primary method of identifying lost pets. Although inexpensive, traditional pet tags usually contain limited and out-dated information, which may make them useless if your pet were lost.
Our QR tags cost as little as the traditional tags; however, provide you with the ability to input vital information about your pet such as medication and vaccination details. You can also easily update your contact information whenever you need to.
Microchip implants are generally much costlier than traditional pet tags or our QR tags. The invisible microchip ID requires the missing pet to be transported to a service centre equipped with a special scanner, which may only be open during business hours (and some finders may not wish to keep a lost pet overnight). Microchip vendors may also charge service fees and administrative fees for updating your pet or your information.
Our QR tags do not have a subscription fee. Anyone with a smart phone can scan and read your pet profile anywhere and anytime.

Q: Is There a Monthly Fee?
A: Nope! There is no monthly fee to use, activate, or update your pet's Tag.

Q: If we do not have own software or APP, how can we use your tags?
A: You can use our software directly, and we can add your logo on the software to make it be your own software.
Q: Can we add our logo on the tags?
Yes, we can add your logo by various crafts.
We can send samples with various crafts to you and you choose the one you need.
Q: Can we have the tags according to our own design?
A: Yes, you can send your design to us and we produce mould according to your design you need.
Q. What is the MOQ?
A: MOQ is 500 for the tags with customization.
If you need our current stock, no MOQ requirements.
Q: What is the lead time?
A: For current stock types, shipment can be arranged immediately.
If no need to produce new mould, production time is around 8-10 working days.
If needing to produce new mould, production time is around 15-20 working days.
Shipping time is around 5-8 working days by Express.
